Go ahead!  Flag it!  I dare ya!  If I get banned, I'll just move to GreatestJournal.  You can't build a wall around free software!  (Thank you [livejournal.com profile] brad.)
Explicit Adult Content:If you are a female furry, there is a greater than average chance that your body has PolyCystic Ovary Syndrome.  This syndrome causes insulin resistance (which makes you fat).  It also increases androgen levels, causing masculinization of the brain (e.g., an interest in games like D&D).  Worst of all, your ovaries have difficulty releasing eggs.  In order to make a baby, you might need to take noxious drugs like Clomid and have your boyfriend copulate with you on a strict schedule dictated by your doctor.  And if you want to know more about my sex life, just ask.
Offensive ContentFundagelical Christians are worshipping Satan, whom they call "Jesus".
Hate SpeechEveryone who voted for GW Bush in 2004 is an enemy of the free world.  On an unrelated note, Death to Infidels!
Illegal ActivityI would like to buy a lockpick, which is illegal in Canada.  Will anyone sell me one?  Also, I'd like some instruction on how to use them.
Nude Images of MinorsMy icon photo is of an unclothed dog.  All dogs are legally minors.

Beautiful! There must be a way to cover all the bases at once though (like eating a hot-dog on a friday). Perhaps your baby there holding the weed giving a nazi salute?

Ah good old thought crime. What goes on in the head, stays in the head. I've got plenty of fun fantasies that would get me arrested in real life. Oh that stalking through the jungle in search of female prey rape fantasy... Mrrr! ;P So hey little girl, how'd you like to sell ALL those cookies? 8D So Billy... my parents are gone for the weekend, wanna come over and play? *GRIN* So what, it's fantasy. So what happens when we've got the machines screening for terrorists at the airport, or just roaming the streets sniffing for thoughts of murder and mayhem? We all have these thoughts, the difference lies in acting upon them.

On the somewhat related subject, the Greeks divided love into three main categories, Filias (familial/mentor), Eros (physical/lust) and Agape (spiritual/ideological). If you look at the institutionalized pederasty of the Greek golden age you find that the first type was the goal and that it was actually forbidden to a: NOT have a young charge under your wing and b: if the relationship was considered to be purely physical it was frowned upon to the level of being forbidden. This was no blip on the radar, this was a system that was very successful for hundreds of years and produced some of the most long-lasting profound schools of thought and philosophy.

Speaking of 6A, has anything changed as a result of our new Russian overlords? I see there's a "flag" by every entry now, and an "offensive content" pulldown in the entry composition page, which may well be results of the Great Purity Task of the Proletariat of the Six Apart Committee.

Har!

However, I note that being defiant or doing nothing were not suggestions that anyone made to me when I asked. I guess that you shouldn't ask what to do if one of the choices involves taking a risk, because nobody wants to suggest a course of action that could lead to bad things happening, even if it is the right thing to do, because they don't want to be blamed if something goes wrong. That may suggest a lack of confidence on the part of those who think that the somewhat riskier course is the better one - ie: the act of making the suggestion is itself not a risk they are willing to make, and they really aren't all that bold when it comes down to it.

if someone's journal is friends-locked then I will never meet them online

That's another example of you being risk-averse, as was not wanting to contradict what someone else said.

For the rest of us it's just fun to feel fursecuted

Yay! I'm going to get attacked by the troller-prudes! I can't wait!

No really, it's OK to be somewhat concerned when facing an uncertain situation. Bravery lacking a sense of fear or concern is called stupidity. So if you're feeling even a little uneasy, then you ought to be commended. Good dog! *pat pat* If you're not, then forget I said anything. *nonchalant whistling*

but when LJ gets one it's the end of the world

Maybe if they stuck to what they said in their FAQ's and TOS before, people wouldn't have to wonder?
