Not really.  Recently I came across a word for some concept in Chinese, perhaps related to the "ultra-real" Magic Realism movement in modern Chinese literature, and I spent a few moments looking up the meanings of the component words in that phrase (without being able to pronounce them).  But when it came time to write this post, I couldn't remember that word and couldn't find it in my page-history, so I ended up just using some other word that showed up while looking for the one I wanted.
