Is this furry?

Today's DailyKos pootie diary is on the topic of sex.  Most of the macros are amusing, except for the one labelled "exactly what it looks like" which can't really be what it looks like due to limitations of feline anatomy.

While I have not done an intensive analysis, my initial impression is that there are too many cats and not enough dogs.  The pair of turtles "going at it" are okay, but the hippo is sort of "meh".  I like the gibbon(?) but then I tend to like that sort of thing.  The fourth photo in the comments section shows an extremely happy dog, but I don't think the caption goes all that well.

I admit I'm not overly fond of such captions, although they certainly can be well done - often, it's more about the caption being cutesy rather than actually funny, and I'd hate to think rabbits would spell quite so atrociously.

Maybe I'll drop a photo or two in there again sometime. I don't tend to spend all that much time on dKos these days, given the strong tendency to forgive Obama's worse side (eg war on whistleblowers, the abominable Kill List, the continuation of multiple not-quite-officially-wars in Pakistan, Yemen, Somalia, etc, or the usual double standards of "anything like this against us would be an act of war", such as with (egh) "cyberterrorism", only to turn around and develop Stuxnet and Flame), but it can be a handy place for consolidated information on occasion.

Hmm. Maybe I should post that animated GIF of the bunny and a balloon.. poor bun seems quite disappointed when it pops. ^_^;

D'oh!  I forgot to mention the rabbits!  Sorry.

Yeah, Obummer is quite a disappointment.  He speaks well, but his actions are just as corporatist as McCain's would have been.

dKos is still a good source of stories about the increasing Fascism in the USA, although they carefully avoid mention how complicit the Obama Admin is.
